Terms, Conditions & Property Access Consent By booking a service with Professional Flow Solutions, the property owner and/or authorised representative acknowledges and agrees to the following: 1. Property Access The owner/occupier grants consent for Professional Flow Solutions to enter the property for the purpose of carrying out inspection, servicing, maintenance, repairs, and associated works relating to the household sewage treatment plant (HSTP). The owner/occupier agrees to ensure clear and safe access to the treatment system at the scheduled service time. 2. Scheduled Service Time Service appointments are scheduled within allocated time slots. Professional Flow Solutions will make reasonable efforts to attend at the agreed time; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, emergency works, or unforeseen circumstances. The owner/occupier acknowledges and accepts a service arrival window of up to 30 minutes either side of the scheduled appointment time. 3. Animals & Site Hazards The owner/occupier agrees to declare any animals on the property that may pose a risk to technicians, including but not limited to dogs or livestock. All potentially dangerous animals must be securely restrained prior to technician arrival. The owner/occupier must also disclose any known site hazards including: Unsafe access Electrical hazards Aggressive animals Slippery surfaces Contaminated areas Structural hazards Restricted access areas Professional Flow Solutions reserves the right to refuse or postpone service if the site is deemed unsafe. 4. Access Requirements The owner/occupier agrees to ensure: Access gates are unlocked The treatment plant lids are accessible and not obstructed Vegetation or objects restricting access are removed Adequate working space is available around the system Safe parking access is available for service vehicles Additional charges may apply where service delays occur due to restricted access. 5. Electrical & Water Supply The owner/occupier acknowledges that the HSTP must have operational electrical power and water supply available at the time of service unless otherwise advised. 6. Service Reports A service report will be completed following inspection/service works. Copies may be provided to the property owner and/or relevant local authority where required under applicable legislation or approval conditions. 7. Repairs & Replacement Parts If faults or damaged components are identified during servicing, additional repairs or replacement parts may be recommended. Any non-routine repairs outside standard servicing may incur additional charges. 8. Limitation of Liability Professional Flow Solutions will take all reasonable care while carrying out works; however, the company is not responsible for: Pre-existing system faults Failures caused by misuse or lack of maintenance Hidden underground services Damage caused by unsafe site conditions Delays outside reasonable control 9. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations or appointment changes. Missed appointments or inaccessible sites may incur a call-out fee. 10. Authority to Proceed The person signing this form confirms they are the property owner or authorised representative and authorise Professional Flow Solutions to perform the requested service works.
